s

Burns Bison 1961. Aria SB1000 does filthy sweet. I prefer passive but out of 60 basses, 4 are (vintage) active. SB1000, 60s Meazzi, 77 Musicman and Magnum II (w graphic eq).

(Meazzi Hollywood 1960s Italian beauty, innovation and design, Ist active bass ever! neck pickup is passive but the bridge pkup has a rather aggressive preamp, so active-passive and long-scale. Whats Not To Love?
